In order to participate on the cross country team students must submit athletic clearance forms to the Bookkeeper - prior to the first day of tryouts. The new, AR-6145 form that Coach Hunter talked about at the parent meeting must also be turned in.

If the link does not work, visit the main web site, www.srvhs.net, click on the Athletics tab up top on the home page and then select the Athletic Clearance Procedure/Forms link. Again, all forms must be submitted to the business office in the Administration building not the coaches.

The driving forms must also be completed and turned into the office if you wish to be a driver to/from meets or other official team events.
